Usability testing

mkt4Q offers the possibility to imagine and develop studies for the evaluation of products' appeal, considering the design and aesthetic aspects and assessing whether it is or it is not "user friendly".

Recruited participants can be either opinion leaders of the industry or potential customers with or without particular characteristics. It involves simulation of a situation where participants use the product or service, and give their opinions following a drafted questionnaire, customized for each client.

Their response on tested subjects' performance are divided in 4 clusters:

Usually considered as both quantitative and qualitative tool, the outcome requirements of the test need to be established beforehand and if, based on participants' feedbacks, test results meet usability goals, the product/service may be considered usable.
